Orange-Nana Smoothie

This is smooth and light and frothy - and for adults only.

Serves 1

  • 1 banana, peeled and cut in chunks
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ounce orange liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tray ice cubes
  1. Place all the ingredients in your blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy. Serve.
