I am a busy healthcare professional who enjoys unwinding at the end of the day in the kitchen with my husband preparing our evening meal. It's our time to chat and catch up on events of the day. We both love to cook and seek out opportunities to attend cooking classes wherever our travels take us.

My favorite meal is grilled fish fresh off the boat in Oia, Santorini.
What's your favorite kitchen tool?
A sharp knife.

I would love to take a bread baking class with Jeffrey Hammelman of King Arthur Flour.
Why do you cook?
Cooking for me is relaxing. I love the challenge of being creative with what's currently available from my local farmer's market. It's also a way of nurturing and showing love to my friends and family.
